Gain: Low decay rate contributes 3% increase in power generation. As the attenuation rate of the twin-glass component is about 0.2 percentage points lower than that of the single-glass component, the generation capacity of the twin-glass component is 3% higher than that of the traditional component under the same generation condition.

The double glass module consists of two pieces of tempered glass, EVA film and solar cells laminated at high temperature by a laminating machine. It includes tempered glass layer, material layer (PVB, PO, EVA or ionic polymer), single crystal or polycrystalline battery pack layer, material layer and tempered glass layer arranged from top to bottom.

The double glass module can increase the power generation by 3% or so with lower attenuation rate, but the glass is replaced by the back panel

The back of the double-sided battery uses aluminum paste printing and the front side is similar to the fine grid, the back of the battery is covered by all aluminum layer to local aluminum layer. The incident light on the back side can enter the battery from the area not blocked by the Al layer, realizing the two-sided photoelectric conversion function, which is equivalent to increasing the light area of the battery, thus increasing the power generation. Similar to the single-sided twin-glass assembly, the double-sided power generation assembly is sealed with glass or transparent backplane on the back, which optimizes the performance of the assembly and increases the light transmission on the back.

Installation of solar pv systems requires specialized skills and knowledge and must be accomplished by professionally qualified engineers.

2 When attempting to install, operate and maintain photovoltaic modules, please ensure that you fully understand the information in this installation instructions manual and understand the risk of possible injury during installation.

Photovoltaic modules produce electricity when exposed to sufficient light or other light sources. When operating, please take appropriate protective measures to avoid direct contact between personnel and 30V DC or higher voltage. 4 Solar photovoltaic modules can convert light energy into direct current energy, and the amount of electricity will change with the change of light intensity.

Do not connect or disconnect components when they have current or external power supply.

When installing, using or wiring the modules, opaque materials shall be used to cover the front of the modules in the solar photovoltaic module array to stop the generation of electricity.

Comply with all local, regional and national regulations and obtain building permits when necessary.

Do not disassemble, move or change any accessory parts of the solar pv module which has no maintainable parts for the user.

Do not wear metal rings, watch bands, earrings, nose rings, lip rings or other metal accessories when installing solar pv modules.

Do not install or operate components under wet or windy conditions.

Do not use or install components that have been damaged and do not artificially focus light on the components.

Only photovoltaic modules of the same type can be combined together. Avoid uneven shading on the surface of photovoltaic modules. The shaded battery gets hot (a "hot spot" effect) and causes lasting damage to the component.

When something unexpected happens, please turn off the inverter and circuit breaker immediately.

Defective or damaged components may still emit power. If handling is required take precautions to ensure that the components are fully shaded.

Keep children away from components when transporting and installing them.

Please always keep the PHOTOVOLTAIC modules in the original packaging box before installation.

The increase of optical quantity brings power loss, so the integrated power generation gain of the twin-glass module is about 1% :
